4020 Finch Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1S 3T6

This restaurant is more of a higher-end seafood restaurant. Reservations are a MUST! The restaurant is jam-packed almost every night, and if you don't make reservations you can be waiting for up to 2 hours. There are 2 options for dining time, 6 or 8:30 - 2 and a half hour dining time for both options.
Decorations are very nice; the whole restaurant is surrounded by fish tanks where they have their lobsters, crabs, shrimps, etc.
One thing I do have to complain about is their PARKING! If you go there 15 minutes past your reservation time, you will not find a parking spot. In my personal experiences, I had to park my car in a plaza a couple blocks down after waiting for a spot for a half hour.

Beef & Veggies
Rate: 7/10✩
Remarks: It was overall too salty for me
The veggies were too hard and dry, but great use of garlic seasoning.
Lobster
Rate: 8.5/10✩
Remarks: The size is varied,
in this picture, there are two lobsters shown. Very traditional canto way of making lobster (soy sauce),
so it's hard to go wrong with this option.

Fish & Soy sauce
Rate: 8/10✩
Remarks: A canto kids favourite because the
soy sauce + fish = perfect mixture with rice. The fish was perfectly done to a point where it's not too done or raw.

Sweet & Sour Pork
Rate: 6/10✩
Remarks: Very traditional canto dish, but the sour taste was a bit off. The meat was also very hard to be the traditional mushy kind of texture for this particular dish.
Greens
Rate: 5/10✩
Remarks: The seasoning was mixed in well enough, saltiness varied by which one you got.
Overall, the taste was a bit too plain.

Fried Rice
Rate: 8/10✩
Remarks: Personally as someone who is allergic to egg, this rating will be biased. I surveyed my family and the rating was based on the average overall result. It is supposedly very rich in egg flavour, not too salty, and the rice is not too hard or mushy.
Noodles
Rate: 9.5/10✩
Remarks: The noodle was a perfect texture.
This is one of the best of its kind of noodles I've tasted in years! I definitely would recommend and go back just for these noodles.
